Amzie W. "Dubby" Neafus Jr.
CORYDON NEAFUS, AMZIE W. "DUBBY" JR., 59, died Friday, July 18, 2008. He was retired from Fischer Packing Company, was a part-time employee for Paul & Ryan Hall, was a member of the Mt. Tabor Church of Christ, the Pisgah Lodge #32 F&AM and the Royal Arch and was an owner and breeder of harness racing horses. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Sue Davis Neafus; his sons, Gary Wayne (April) and Michael Ray (Heather) Neafus; his sister, Rueann Shewmaker (Darrell); and two grandchildren, Austin Tyler and Devin Michael Neafus. Funeral services: 1 p.m. Monday at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home, with burial in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery. There will be a Masonic service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Visitation: noon-9 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday. The family requests that expressions of sympathy be made to Boys Haven Equine Program.
